In case you ever wondered what goes on during one of our product demos, this article will help you paint a detailed picture of the action. Today, I’m giving you some intel on how to get the most out of your Onboard tour. To start things off, you can easily book a product tour with Advicefront by going to the Intercom messaging system in our website (chat bubble at the bottom-right corner) and selecting “book a demo”. There are other ways to book demos too, which are covered here.
What you need to expect
Booked your demo? Either Andre (our CTO) or Jose (our CEO) will then guide you through the system via a video call. Just in case our founders become unavailable, every single person of the team is qualified and ready to show you ‘around the house’, to help you determine the value for your firm in using our product(s).
Once D(emo)-day arrives, we’ll start our video chat by getting to know a bit about you and your professional needs. This will help set the mood for the solution we think might be best for you and/or your team.
As the tour moves forward, we’ll begin to cover the grounds of what our system is and looks like, from the clients’ list, dynamic fact-find and risk profiling, document sharing and client agreement, down to integrations.
Given the number of updates our system has been going through recently, you’ll get to experience the newest version of the system — our Beta version. This Beta version (not accessible to the wider public via website) is where we let financial planners test our newest features before we roll them out. Over the next two weeks, the new design will go live to all new users, with all its new features — so in case you decide to skip the tour, you can access the system right away!
We adapt to you, not the other way around
As we try to understand what we can do to help your firm become more efficient, we’ll get down to your workflow and business process, with lots of questions going back and forth.
We’re not making a presentation at a conference, hence we do encourage a conversational tone throughout the demo. You are more than welcome to ask any questions about the product but also about Advicefront. There are no stupid questions!
One particular question we get asked, quite often, is “will I have to change my work process to use your product?”. The premise of the development of our modular system is that financial planners get to choose the solution that best fits their needs, by letting them be a part of the creation process. We do understand how time-consuming and, sometimes, complex of a task it is to change to new systems, which is why we are adamant about keeping things simple. You do not have to accommodate to our system, the system accommodates to yours — and tries to enhance it by removing what can and should be automated, keeping the client-adviser relationship a top priority.
Wrapping up
With every demo, what we hope for is that you’re able to find enough value in our offering and are confident that we will truly help your business. Whether you’re ready to move forward or need a bit more time to get used to the idea, you will always get a 30-day free trial, with a Beta account, so you can really see how the system benefits your work life. Why not give it a go?
